Illegal in Armstrong County may get jail, fine for re-entering U.S.

A federal grand jury has indicted Gabriel Soria-Velasquez, also known as "Jordan Guerrero-Solo," on a charge of illegally re-entering the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and Adams police found Soria-Velasquez, 37, of Mexico was in the United States illegally on Feb. 19 after having been deported on March 16, 1996. If convicted, Soria-Velasquez faces up to two years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
