Jaime Rojas, 22, of the first block of Walnut Street was arrested and charged with drunken driving at 1:45 p.m. Thursday after his 1996 Volskwagen car struck a house at Pamphylia Avenue and Colfax Street. Damage was estimated at $5,000. Rojas was held in Cumberland County Jail on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
