Police were conducting a seat belt enforcement check on Main Street at 4:50 p.m. May 27 when an officer observed four passengers in the front seat of a pickup truck. A passenger, identified as Roberto E. Soto Fajardo, 26, of Boonton, was found to have an outstanding National Crime Information Center warrant from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was transported to the Morris County jail.
