Worcester man arrested on ICE warrant

ASHLAND - A Worcester man was arrested Monday at 1:20 p.m. on a warrant, police said.
Phenix Hamilton, 50, of 41 Oread St., had a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer warrant for his arrest, police said.
