At 6:18 p.m., Robin A. Figueroa, 22, of 188 Marion St. Apt. #1 in East Boston, was arrested and charged on an outstanding warrant after police responded to Woburn Foreign Motors for a report of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers detaining a man with an active warrant. Woburn Police confirmed the warrant and placed Figueroa in custody.
