Man Pleads Guilty to Illegally Entering US After Previously Being Removed

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Mexican man has pleaded guilty to illegally re-entering the United States after previously being deported.
37-year-old Margarito Santiago-Santiago made the plea after he was arrested when the car he was riding in was pulled over in Chapmanville.
Santiago-Santiago was sentenced to time already served, since July 7, 2010 and he will be deported back to Mexico.
The investigation into Santiago-Santiago's arrest was conducted by the Chapmanville Police Department and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
