ODESSA AMERICAN
A 45-year-old Odessa woman was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Second Street and Grant Avenue and charged with fugitive from justice in connection with a failure to appear bench warrant out of Sebastian County, Ark. Sandra Cecelia Ornelas, 307 Divine Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a detainer issued by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
