Immigration arrests: Three people were taken into custody on immigration warrants Wednesday following a traffic stop at 11 a.m. on Almshouse Road. The driver, Kelita Barbosa-Silva, 30, of Salisbury, Md., was wanted for failing to appear at a deportation hearing. The passenger in the car, Marilia Oliveira Silva, 23, was also wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Barbosa-Silva's husband, Jacques DeCastro, 31, was arrested when he came to pick up his wife's car because he also was wanted by immigration agents.

* Wengui Hu, 29, of Chicago, was taken into custody on an immigration warrant Sunday following a traffic stop on York Road.
