Arrests

The Mineral Wells Police Department reported making the following arrests:

• Abel Chaparro Martinez, 35, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Wednesday on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
• Juan Carlos Mendez, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Wednesday on a failure to appear Palo Pinto County warrant for driving while intoxicated and an ICE hold.
• Ismael Mendez Ochoa, 35, of Mineral Wells was arrested Wednesday on an ICE hold.
• Fabian Rios, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested May 9 on an Immigration and Naturalization Services hold.
• Abel Vargas, 23, of Weatherford, was arrested Sunday for no driver’s license, no insurance and placed on an Immigration and Naturalization Services hold.
