Middletown Police report the following arrests:
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE — On June 8, Argemiro Sandoval, 49, of Burgundy Hill Lane was stopped while driving on Vine Street for an improper brake light. His North Carolina drivers license turned up an outstanding warrant from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
