LOGAN TWP. — Acting on information provided by the Prescott Valley, Cal. police department, Logan police charged a 40-year-old Penns Grove man on June 2 with identity theft.
The accused - also an alleged illegal immigrant - admitted to purchasing a Social Security number in Denver, Col. and used it for several years to obtain jobs, police said. The man was processed and released pending a response from federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
