Illegal immigrant arrested in Marion County

YELLVILLE — A 25-year-old man arrested on multiple traffic violations by a Yellville Metro officer Tuesday was found to have been residing in the United States illegally, possibly in Baxter County, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
The man was identified as Gustavo Licona, who now is in the custody of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The sheriff's office spokesman said this is the fifth arrest of illegal immigrants captured and deported from Marion County since June 2009.
