From Taylor County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. John Cummins:
10/10 10:26 PM – Employee at a private facility north of Abilene states announcement will be made shortly that a scheduled band will not appear. Management requests officers be present in-case problems occur. Officers observed a disturbance, and arrested one subject for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. He was also charged with an immigration violation, at the request of the local Border Patrol office. A second subject was arrested after he was found to have Abilene traffic warrants.
