The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.
Edin Mizael Bartolo, 24, of 520 Burnett Ferry Road, Lot 39, Rome, was arrested Oct. 2 on charges of driving unlicensed and tag light requirement. He was released to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
