The following reports were received from the Kettering Police Department. Those charged are presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law:
Monday, Sept. 6
4:32 p.m.: Rocendo R. Trinidad, 34, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license and felony immigration detainer/ICE during a traffic stop on Woodman Dr.
