Militia plans border watch

BISBEE — Cochise County Militia will hold an overnight an event from Oct. 6 through 13 to monitor the border and report any illegal smuggling activity to the authorities.
“Right now, we estimate about 60 illegals a day coming through the Fairbank area. We will have men dry camped in the bush on a 24-hour basis,” said Bill Davis, founder of the group.
