GREEN: Deputies received a call from a motorist who reported an erratic driver Sept. 2, and stopped the suspect at the intersection of Lauby Road and Interstate 77. The driver, who had no driving privileges, appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. His vehicle was towed, and deputies found he was in possession of false resident-alien and Social Security cards. Deputies arrested the suspect for DUI and possession of criminal tools, took him to Summit County Jail and notified immigration officials.
