Two men are in jail for allegedly stealing hair care products in Utah County over the weekend.

The Daily Herald reports Saturday morning, employees at the Rite Aid store at 774 S. State St. in Orem saw a couple of women stocking up on hair care products, about $650 worth. They approached the women, who left the store and took off in a white Chevy Suburban with California license plates.

The employees called police.

The Suburban later showed up at the Rite Aid at 1550 North. The same thing happened, except two men entered the store and started stocking up. They bolted out the door when confronted by store employees.

Police found the Suburban just after the two men left the store. In the vehicle, officers found four bags containing dozens of hair care products from the Provo Rite Aid.

The Herald identifies the suspects as 29-year-old Alex Lara-Ramirez and 39-year-old Roberto Guzmon-Gomez. They were arrested and placed on an immigration hold because officers say they are in the country illegally.
