FALSE IDENTIFICATION: Cowans Gap Park Rangers arrested Cesar Morales Domingo, 22, Chambersburg, for allegedly providing false identification to law enforcement, driving without a license and littering after an incident Sunday afternoon at the park.

Rangers observed a group attempting to leave the park after leaving garbage in a parking area around 5:30 p.m., and Domingo's vehicle was stopped, according to authorities. Rangers said Domingo provided Rangers with Mexican transportation identification and a false Pennsylvania identification card. He allegedly also provided Rangers with a different birth date than what was on his documents.

Domingo was arrested and transported to the Franklin County Prison, where his deportation to Guatemala is pending. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were contacted, and a detainer was issued for Domingo's incarceration.

The rear passenger in Domingo's vehicle, Omar Perez Ruis, 25, Chambersburg, was cited for having an open alcoholic beverage.
