Illegal aliens, fugitives arrested on I-80 traffic stop

State Police at Swiftwater picked up three fugitives and four illegal aliens in a traffic stop at 1:57 a.m. Monday on Interstate 80 in Stroudsburg.
Police pulled over a van swerving in and out of the lane of travel. The driver could not provide valid identification. The other six occupants of the van also could not provide identification. They said they were from Mexico.
Police contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to help with translation and identification.
All were taken back to Swiftwater police barracks for fingerprint identification. Three of the men had warrants for their arrest from various federal and state agencies. All seven were in the country illegally.
Detained were fugitives Frederico Lopez Reyes, 14, of Mexico, warrant for removal from United States; Manuel Oregel Vazquez, 37, of Mexico, wanted in New Mexico; and Oscar Soto, 18, of Mexico, previously deported felon, wanted for deportation.
The others, illegal aliens, were Luis Acosta Guerrero, 33, of Mexico; Hector Soto, 20, of Mexico and two 17-year-old Mexican males.
ICE agents took them into custody transported them to a holding facility while they are being processed for deportation.
