Tehama residents arrested in pot raid

Several Tehama County residents were arrested this week during raids on illegal marijuana gardens in the Mendocino National Forest in Glenn County.

They were:

Antonio Servin Aguilar, 44, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 2 by U.S. Fish and Game on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of illegal entry. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.

Gildardo Servin Aguilar, 51, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 2 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on County Road 308 in Elk Creek on suspicion of transporting an illegal alien. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jose Aguilar-Martinez, 21, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 2 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of illegal entry. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.

Jerman Flores-Ruiz, 36, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 11 p.m. Aug. 2 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, planting or cultivating marijuana or hashish and being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail with bail set at $30,000. He was then arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on suspicion of illegal entry and held without bail.

Leonel Mata-Martinez, 31, of Gerber, was arrested at 11 p.m. Aug. 2 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, planting or cultivating marijuana or hashish and being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000. He was then arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on suspicion of illegal entry and held without bail.

Jaime Morales-Martinez, 36, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 2 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of illegal entry. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.

Ramon Aniceto Sagrero-Cruz, 31, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 2 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on County Road 308, west of County Road 306, on suspicion of illegal entry. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.

Jaime Aquio, 30, of Perris, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. Aug. 3 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on Highway 162 at the Tehama-Colusa Canal, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, planting or cultivating marijuana or hashish and being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.t
