Man charged with felony after threatening ICE agent

A Woodstock man was arrested late Saturday night after police say he made threatening remarks to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, reports state.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Andy Samuel Hernandez, 22, of 206 Valley Brook Drive, Woodstock, was arrested at Ridge Ferry Park close to midnight after he was found intoxicated. Police say he made threatening remarks to an ICE Agent at the scene when he said, “I will remember your face.”

He is charged with misdemeanor public drunkenness, felony terroristic threats and acts and has been placed on an ICE Hold.
