About 80 law enforcement officers from multiple agencies executed a search warrant for drugs and weapons at an east Tulsa nightclub Friday night.

The patrons — about 300 — were cooperative and five arrests were made, said Tulsa County Chief Deputy Tim Albin. He said the raid was part of an ongoing, long-term investigation.

The target of the raid was a dance club, Club Imperio, formerly called Midnight Rodeo, at 9379 E. 46th St. Officers executed the warrant at about 11:30 p.m., Albin said.

According to Albin and jail records, the men arrested were David Edward Martin, 61, who was working security at the club and arrested on obstructing justice complaint; Juan Jose Huerta, 44, and Jose Isabel Roblero-Perez, 22, on an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement hold and possession of a controlled substance; and Ramon Mora-Murillo, 37, and Raul Ivan Garcia-Dominguez, 29, on an ICE hold.

Other agencies involved were the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, Albin said.

“We took a lot of manpower out there because we’re going to prepare for any contingency that might exist,” Albin said. “We were so pleased the patrons understood and we so cooperative.”
