CUMBERLAND COUNTY SHERIFF
The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department announced the following arrests. All suspects were held in the county jail unless otherwise indicted:
Egberto Sacariaz, 33, of the 200 block of Hampton Street was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated after police saw him using a cell phone while driving erratically near Broad and Lawrence streets. He was held in Cumberland County Jail on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
