Warrant arrests: Jorge Sosa, 34, and Juan Garcia, 23, both of Allentown, were arrested Friday on outstanding warrants after police stopped a vehicle at West Broad and 11th streets in which they were passengers. Garcia was wanted on a warrant from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Sosa was also charged with possession of marijuana.
