Police charged Irving Sanchez of Chestnut Avenue with hindering after a traffic stop March 30. He was found to have five warrants and issued summonses for fictitious plates, unregistered vehicle, unlicensed driver and uninsured driver. A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer was issued and Sanchez was transported to Cumberland County Jail.
