Police Log: Man Wanted by Immigration Enforcement Arrested in Traffic Stop

A Framingham man with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer in his name was arrested just after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, said police. Osmarino Jose De Lima, 21, of Frederick St. in Framingham was stopped by police on East Central Street after allegedly failing to obey a sign at the intersection. De Lima was charged with operating without a license and failure to obey a sign at an intersection, according to police.
