NUTLEY SUN
On Sept. 15, police arrested Richard Medeiros, 36, of Belleville, following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Avenue. The operator of the vehicle had no driver's license, and no valid identification could be produced, including verification of his citizenship. An investigation of the vehicle found drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be cocaine, police said. A court date has been issued and immigration enforcement officials have been contacted.
