The Bay County Sheriff’s Office arrested nine illegal aliens on Friday after responding to a tip that illegals were working at Evergreen Cemetery on the construction of a mausoleum.

During the site check, the Illegal Alien Task Force encountered nine subjects from Guatemala who admitted to being in the United States in violation of US Immigration laws. The nine individuals arrested are:

Andres Pedro-Francisco, DOB 05/03/1983, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Martin Pedro-Francisco, DOB 03/24/1988, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Alonzo Pedro-Francisco, DOB 03/10/1976, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Juan Maroquin-Andres, DOB 04/25/1989, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Julio Maroquin-Felix, DOB 09/26/1972, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Pasqual Maroquin-Felix, DOB 06/03/1969, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Felix Tomas-Miguel, DOB 07/30/1980, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Carlos Gaspal-Jose, DOB 03/26/1962, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

Jose Tomas-Jacinto, DOB 06/04/1974, of 902 N. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Florida

These nine subjects were then taken into custody and a hold placed on them for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
