Authorities made the following arrests and issued summonses from 7 a.m. Oct. 15 to 7 a.m. Oct. 16.
COLUMBIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jorge Reza-Ayala, 28, of 4130 Lenoir St., no valid driver’s license, failure to appear in court, $666.50 bond; immigration detainer, no bond set.
