IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 12:50 a.m., Osbaldi Martinez-Montero, 29, of Loumbes, Wash., a native of Mexico, arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on a hold for Immigration and Naturalization Service for entering the country without inspection by immigration authorities.
